Chili's Grill - Palatka

The food arrived hot and after tasting the Chilis Philly for the first time, I was really impressed with the flavor and spiciness! As a Philly girl, I will definitely be going back for more. My fiancé also liked the Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers Combo, he was surprised by the level of heat but still enjoyed it.

The entire order was delivered late and cold. The Ancho Salmon and rice were served cold, and the fries were not edible. The sirloin lacked flavor and was tough. The best items in the order were the side salad and chips and salsa.

The waitress was pleasant, but unfortunately everything else was terrible. The appetizers were cold, the burgers were raw, and the cocktail took a very long time. It's disappointing because I usually enjoy their food and drinks, but if they can't even get it warm or cooked properly, it's not worth the money.

I'm not sure if the chef has trouble distinguishing colors or what, but it seems like they only know how to cook steak one way. The steak I received was definitely not what I had ordered. I highly recommend not ordering steak for takeout, as they may not get it right. It would be helpful if they double checked to ensure the order is correct before making customers drive all the way home only to find out it's not what they ordered. This was a waste of $30 and a lesson learned the hard way.

Our waitress, Amber, was fantastic. The fajitas were delicious, and we loved the mango and blackberry teas. The service was exceptional, with no wait time and quick food delivery.
