Chili's Grill - Palestine

Our server was Cyiana. She was great. She explained menu items and margaritas to my wife and I. She was attentive to our needs and checked on us frequently. I had the surf and turf and it was delish, it came with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes, they were also very good. My wife had the old timer hamburger with fries. We both have had that before and knew what to expect. She said it was very tasty. We have never had a bad experience here at this location. We will continue to eat out here every now and then. Thank you Chili’s mgr, you do very well hiring and training your peeps.

Our server was very polite and as helpful as she knew how to be. food was meh. chips and salsa were the best part.

To be fair, there was a boil water notice for city. Paper menu with NO prices. Eating on paper plates with plastice ware. I ordered a cheeseburger/fries with extra onions. They did not have any onions and a canned Dr Pepper, which was not cold and, of course, no ice.
