I really enjoy this restaurant! I discovered it a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. They offer a wide variety of healthy food options, and the service is excellent. The location on the island is fantastic, but the space is small, so seating is limited, with just two tiny outdoor tables.

This is a fantastic place for grab-and-go food, as well as juices and smoothies. It features a counter bar, cozy small tables, and an outdoor patio for a pleasant dining experience.

This place is fantastic for fresh salads and sandwiches! You can enjoy your meal there or take it to go. I've tried both options, and it's always quick and convenient. I really love the menu!

We have been ordering from F.O.G for months now and it's definitely a go to favorite, full of flavor and always such a friendly interaction with the staff. They are the best. I personally have made my way through the menu and it's tough to pick a most favorite but the chicken pesto sandwich and the ceasar wraps and salad is most ordered. The vegan patty melt combined with the tomatoe soup is a winner too.
