Claim Jumper Palmdale

We went for Thanksgiving. They took us early. The staff was friendly and appeared well prepared. Our server was great. The food was good, but not great. They had a lot of people to feed. The cream cheese pie was excellent. In small print on the bottom of the menu it mentions a 3% surcharge due to increased costs etc. This was annoying because they should simply increase the meal costs by 3%. Instead they add it to the total bill. Just be upfront and increase your prices. Again our server was effective, funny and her support team worked well together

Nice and easy Thanksgiving dinner. Super sweet server who handled everything with ease.

Mashed yams tasted burnt. Not enough cranberry sauce. Meat was a little dry. Got turkey ham plate. Normally claim jumper is on point. But theThanksgiving meal was not the best.

Not fair to grade it on a holiday as it was super busy. Food was good albeit a little pricey for what you got they still add a 3% upcharge to help them deal with inflation). Menu has a lot of variety both in variety and cost so something for everyone.

The food for all the dishes ordered was not good. My youngest ordered a pizza, but tasted like tomato paste without any seasoning.
