Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Palmdale

Worse service ever. I ordered, paid to take out, wait, and wait. When I asked about my order, they said it had been ready. After the server is looking at me waiting. Server Halima A has no care of customers.

WE CALL THEM A DAY BEFORE AND ASK, DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A PARTY THEY SAY NO WE TELL THEM THAT THERE ARE MANY AND THAT THE MAJORITY OF THEM ARE CHILDREN AND THEY SAY THERE IS NO PROBLEM ON THE DAY OF THE CELEBRATION EVEN WITH THE TABLE WITH PIZZAS AND CHICKEN THEY SEND SOMEONE TO CLEANING OUR TABLE WHILE THE CHILDREN DIDN'T EVEN EAT AND ALL BECAUSE ANOTHER FAMILY ARRIVED WITH THE SAME MANY PEOPLE BUT ALL ADULTS ARE THE WORST IN SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC TO THE MANAGER OF. PLANO LACKS TRAINING AND STAFF IN GENERAL

It's good just when I try to get my prize from the arcade the lady was very rude and I just wish they can bring back the Oreo Pizza the lady was acting so nice to the other girl and I think it's because I'm black and one time I asked for something and I said no because you're black and I'm not joking

Fun for A bite to eat good MOJO potatoes and fried chicken. Try and go for the bunch of lunch or Happy hour you get the best deals. Good salad bar and combo's meals. Lol I might be the only person that does not like pizza but if I did ! The thin crusts, I would get and NO Pineapple ugh who even thought of that lol just me . I am sure the pizza is good

Pizza, chicken, and Mojos for the win! Great pizza, delicious chicken, and always mojos! The salad bar was still fresh, even late at night!
