Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I don't usually eat Bojangle's chicken, that day I was like I stopped. I had the best customer service experience, I don't know his name, but he made me want the next day. Oh and the chicken was hot and fresh and so were the cookies. Little disappointed the Cajun Rice pigs in it, but still a big visit!

Order was 100% correct on a large order. You definitely need a new speaker. The food was hot and fresh.

Although you sometimes have to wait for chicken, waiting was not long. The young man in Drive-Thru was very polite and very respectful. Good work with customer service

Went here today at 2:00 p.m. No customers in the restaurant or the drive-through. The cashier was very friendly, and the food came out quickly. However, the restaurant is filthy. Restrooms were disgusting. If the dining room and restrooms are this bad, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen area is. It's not like the employees were too busy to clean. Hopefully, when we get the food home, it won't taste like the restaurant looks. Wish us luck Service: Take out
