Papa John's Pizza - PALMYRA

Do you have a few problems, the first thing as you let the employees vape before the business at all not good. I had gone my son to pay for our pizza, and the girl looked like she didn't count it and asked him if he could use debits. Not good.

Drove in made my order and 15 minutes later I drove out with a large pizza the way I wanted it

Waited 3o minutes for my pizza which no one mentioned to me was ready until I asked about it. I was waiting in the ordering area and totally ignored. Sorry but I don't think I'll go back...and my favorite pizza is Papa John's but not in this locale!

Amazing Pizza!! I love it!! I hate my diet right now ?

In the past the experience has been fine, but tonight they struck out on almost all counts. We don?t order pizza a lot, but the kids really like it. So, I decided to order some for dinner. The kids rode with me to pick it up we are about 15 minutes away. When we pulled up, two of the staff members were lounging by the entrance smoking literally, right next to the door and between my son?s asthma and the fact that I don?t want them around it, I made them stay in the car. I get it is your right to smoke but that doesn?t give you the right to subject everyone else to it I don?t like them being the car alone and they were very upset by the fact that they couldn?t go in. I get in and there is only one person inside and she is in the back making pizzas, I assume. Already frustrated by the smoking, I failed to physically look at the pizzas before leaving, this was a mistake. After driving back home. I see they messed up the order, gave me two of the same pizza even though the boxes were labeled correctly. They were not cooked evenly and one side of the pizza crust was very thick while other was very thin. Normally, I would have taken it back but I work in Richmond, so by the time I got home from work and drove over to the lake it was already late, so no time to go back. Now, I have one kid happy because he got what he wanted and the very upset bc the pizza he picked is the one they screwed up! I won?t be going out of my way anytime soon for this Papa John?s. The only positive, the one girl, working by herself inside was very pleasant and nice! Wish I got her name, but thank you blonde girl with the glasses.
