Try the kingfish thali and then go back and try the pork vindaloo! Prawn rawa fry is also a great choice of starter/side if you're feeling hungry. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
This is just back off the beach behind ‘coco sea resort (2023) and I can promise you, it is worth the visit. The food is so good I was absolutely blown away. We got the chicken vindaloo and paneer masala. Dear lord the masala was good. We are going back tomorrow for New Year’s Eve. The service was lovely and they have recommended lots of dishes for tomorrow. We’re so excited.
A highly recommended place for some very authentic Goan homely food. The owner Mr. Mauvin Fernandes is very warm hospitable. He's also the chef here I'm told the masalas are specially made by his mother. Don't judge a book by it's cover is what I would say when you visit this humble small eatery. The food was finger licking good, very hygienic the kokum sherbat, Goan sausage curry Goan pomfret curry with some local bread Poi steamed rice is not to be missed. The food is extremely fresh flavorful. A must visit if you're in Goa.
I had the most delightful dining experience at this restaurant! The taste of the dishes was nothing short of extraordinary, each bite bursting with true goan flavor and creativity. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. We had lunch here for 3 consecutive days. All the meals were simply delicious. We had nothing else but just FISH. Crab sukka, Surmai fry, Pomfret fry were just amazing. Actually, crab wasn’t available on the first day but on our special request they arranged. It was worth the wait. Also, they charge you reasonably compared to other local restaurants. I can't wait to return and savor more of their exquisite cuisine. Highly recommended!
We have eaten here for the last two nights and the food is amazing. It has a small but fantastic menu. Be sure to try anything that is Goan as it is just fantastic. We had the Xacuti and the Cafreal and they were fantastic. The guys are happy to suggest local food for you to try and are always happy to help. The restaurant is one street back from the beach but it definitely worth venturing inland for.
