Very central and parking across the street, run by the City Hall, free and guarded

Perfect location in the center with free parking in front. the unbeatable, very kind treatment of all. very good breakfasts and super spacious rooms. But maybe it should get a lot better at cleaning, on the bathroom floor there were hairs and dirt behind the door. The towels had stains, there were hairs on the sheets too. The bidet was dirty as splashes in the mirrors. it needs a good reform as it is a very old hotel. There's no elevator and what didn't bring me anything is that the shower is fixed and there's no hose. But otherwise, there is no noise and mattresses are comfortable. cleaning needs to be improved.
