Hibachi Express Sushi

They have the best pork egg roll crab rangoon I've ever had!!! and all of their sauces are made from scratch... their ginger dressing and yumyum sauce is top notch! there were no waiting time, and even though they were a little bit busy, we got all our food in timely manner. We USED to be regulars here... Until tonight. We were one of three tables in the restaurant but the staff was completely uninterested in helping us. It took 35 minutes to get our drink order taken, another 15 to get our food ordered. We ordered chicken fried rice, chicken/steak hibachi, edamame, and chicken gyoza. My wife's chicken fried rice came out 10 minutes later. We've now been here an hour. We wait another 35 minutes and my hibachi still isn't ready. It's now been nearly 90 minutes and still don't have all our food. I asked for the check on what we had been given so far and left. The staff was completely useless (the two blonde girls).We won't be coming back here again.

Update: Got a call from the owner the delivery service is a 3rd party vendor. She apologized offered a gift certificate for my issues which I declined. I will pick up my orders since this is one of my favorite places. I’ve always enjoyed Hibachi Express- it’s clean the food is great. I ordered online from Hibachi Express- I agreed to pay the cost of hibachi chicken, egg rolls and the $5 delivery plus a 25% tip tax. 20 minutes from my estimated delivery time, I got a call telling me now the egg rolls were $1 more and the delivery fee was $1 more as well- did I still want my order! This is not good business practice. I doubt I will order delivery again.

I haven't been here in 2 years so I was excited to go. I was disappointed with the quality of the food. My ragoons tasted like it was refried not fresh. The shrimp in my hibachi was so mushy and the salad was okay. I have attached pictures. Yes it looks good the taste part fell flat though. I really wanted to enjoy the food I was used to.
