El Sombrero - Panhandle

This is a fantastic spot for a casual meal! I really appreciate the "Kids Eat Free" offer on Thursdays, and Taco Tuesday is always a hit. I've never been disappointed!

This is exactly what we were looking for! The big roasted chicken steak was fantastic, and you definitely have to try the Mexican potatoes! The biscuits and gravy came in a generous portion—we couldn't finish it all. The ham was perfectly cooked, too. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for making our meal enjoyable!

The food was bland and lacked seasoning, portions were small, and it wasn't worth the price.

Without this place I would be so lost, or myka mani, her salsa is my weak! They always go above and beyond, for someone who needs something. mani even delivered the lunch of my family for us. we are truly blessed to have them!

Great hamburgers and fries, and more specifically, excellent service from a family who cares about their town. For 2 days this week, El Sombrero donated all proceeds from every burger cooked to a family who lost their husband and father. Their grills were continuously filled all day with burgers cooking to take care of all the orders. You don’t see many restaurant owners sacrificing profits to take care of those in need, but El Sombrero will always step up to the plate.
