Horrible customer Service. I made an order on May 5th, 2020 waited 2 weeks (May16, 2020 never received en email with a tracking number only a receipt of course. I called to check on the statues of my order and I was told my order was delivered. I was told to call USPS mind you I still don't have a tracking they said they were not going to contact USPS because since they tracked the tracking on there end and it stated it was delivered it was no longer there problem. i have now made a disput to my bank to credit back the amount charged May 5th. This is ridicules. I have been in the manufacturing industry in the shipping and returns department for over 10 years and never have I had to deal with unprofessional, rude custmer service. If your planning on ordering from these People (can't even call it a company) think about it twice.
