Julian Serrano - Paradise

Julian Serrano Tapas has become one of my favorite go to places when we stay at Aria. I love the small plates as it allows us the opportunity to try a variety of foods.

This is a perfect spot for a couple dinner. The seafood paella was incredible!

Soooo good! We went on the recommendations of the server, he did not lead us wrong! We had paella and the bread appetizer with the garlic, tomato and ham. Couple of glasses of wine and we were stuffed!

Always a favorite. Sit at adjacent bar wonderful paella and special service!

Grace was our server and made the whole experience exceptional. The atmosphere is upbeat but subtle and the food was outstanding. So special to have little dishes to enjoy a variety of tastes.
