Kfc - Paragould

A tad slow to order, but the food is great. The new MacNCheese bowl is a pass, the cheese is a bit bland and the chicken pieces were somehow not the same quality as a regular Famous bowl.

The food was very good. My problems with KFC is that they stop, senior discounts, military discounts, and increased prices on the register, but not on the posted menu. I think if the price says 6.99 for a two-part dinner, we should pay. They don't want to calculate the 8.49. It'll take a long time to get back.

I give the four stars respect for all the time I had there. The last time I was there. I was told the price of something and when I told them it was different, they told me that I was wrong and rude as they did. I went back and made a picture of the price on the board. It was $0.20 difference and it wasn't so important that I'm small to argue with someone so rude. I had a lot of employees among me and I understand that management doesn't always know what every employee does or how he acts. The 20 cents could not be worth it. But if I'm talking like that again, you can bet your dollar, I'll go in and talk to the management of respect for the rest of the staff and the place. Enough. Rory Chance Small... Had a late lunch around 3pm. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders combo meal. The chicken was cold and the Dr. Pepper tasted unlike anything I've ever had had. I'm not sure what happened to it, but it didn't have a familiar flavor at all.

The girl took our order and we sat down and waited 20 minutes and seeing workers just walking around before my husband asked why we hadn't gotten our food. The same girl that took our order told us she didn't know she had an order because it never came up on her computer screen the manager then asked if we wanted a refund or for them to make the food. I said we wanted the food and it ended up being dried out chicken fingers.
