Avaliação da contribuiçãoAbsolutely terrible, my family and I ordered through the app and the only thing they got right were the tortilla salad bowls. Everything else Qdobas seem to be really bad at making. I haven't been to a Qdoba in years mainly because the one closest to us had nobody who spoke english working there and the employees couldn't understand me and kept messing up my order. That place eventually closed down and I was trying to be more optimistic about this one, but apparently not much has change. My supposedly cheese crusted quesadilla was rubbery and bland like an overmicrowaved frozen store bought quesadilla, they forgot queso for my bland chips, and they don't even give you enough guacamole for your quesadillas. ????And last but not least, I was supposed to get a fountain drink, but they placed the empty cup in the bag close to the bottom where we couldn't see it and no one reminded my parents about a fountain drink being included, so I ended up with an empty cup,... well almost empty, a short black hair was in it at the bottom, so I just threw it away. I guess the one good thing you can rely on Qdobas is they never change, so you never have to question if they get better or worse because their quality still has stayed the same for years.
I had the impossible fajita bowl. This was the best plant based options ive had!! It was so enjoyable being new to plant base .....
Quick QDOBA Mexican meal. The cafeteria style line moves along well. If you like spicy with protein and carbs here it is. I like skipping the ???? rice and choosing a spicy mixture of protein,vegetables, and salsas on top of greens. Satisfying without feeling stuffed!
I ended up not purchasing my dinner at that loc!ton. The server that was preparing my bowl was unpleasant, rude, and used foul language towards me. So I decided to take my money elsewhere. It appears better customer service is needed at that restaurant.
Slow and rude staff. I ordered through the app and went for pick-up. My order was not ready. I waited 10 minutes right next to the cashier (where the mobile pick-up is) no eye contact or questions from the staff even though they were not busy. I finally asked them when my order would be ready. They told me to wait, and a few minutes later, I got my order, but the part of my order and drink was missing. I went back and asked but no apologies. Then I opened my food; protein was missing. Went back to the cashier again, with no apologies or eye contact. The food was terrible too. It was salty, and 1/3 of my chips had a chunk of salt. I am never going back.
