Despite the fact that it is sometimes full of clients the staff is doing well their job, with efficiency and good manners. club sandwiches are very good and cooked on site upon request... chocolate used for beverage and pastries is of high quality and strong in taste. it is a higher budget that an airport sandwixh but of you have time and money it is worth it

The macarons at laduree are without a doubt the best in the world! Always fresh and delicious!! Some of my favorite flavors include raspberry, pistachio, vanilla, chocolate, and passion fruit! I also highly recommend their hot chocolate! This place is amazing!!!!

After my flight into Paris was delayed, I missed my connecting flight and having over 6 hours wait I decided to go to what appeared to be the nicest place in the airport. As soon as I walked in I was completely ignored by every single member of staff, finally a waiter sat me down, I waited an additional 10 mins for someone to walk by or even acknowledge that I was there, I asked the lady for a bottle of water, she gave me a dirty look and went on to have a conversation with anothe staff member my order was ignored and I waited another 10 mins for the same waiter who sat me down to ask me if I wanted anything to drink. After my drinks arrived water and coffee I asked if I could please have a croissant to a waitress walking I got a nod and waited for anther 20 mins for the same woman who initially ignored me when I ordered the water was finally bothered to come over I asked for a croissant again and she made me aware that they didn’t have any more. I ordered some French toast and as soon as it arrived the bill was brought to the table even though it was never requested. Then I waited another 15mins for someone to bring the card machine at this point I was just annoyed. From the continuous dirty looks given by the staff and lack of attention you’re better off going to Starbucks!!!!

A pastel world and a coffee for 3e. This could be an experience. But the staff is very non-chalant. They don't care less and smiling could be too much. The service IS very cold, they chat with each other and give a hate-liked impression. Is that so boring to work there? Starbucks near by works better. Then there were a very aggressive woman working at Airport service. I hope she will find another job. I mean people just try to do their best and she gets money for it. So it s ok, but if it last point on your trip make it more confortable.
