found on travel guide near our hotel. we could try the cousin. I'm glad we made it. comes out individually so that they can make their own mix/taste. choose her flesh and mix her in her bowl. we both enjoyed our meal and. the cost were rwasonable
great little discovery. menu is not in English, but at the end I got a lamb-coop-caab thing that was delicious! also very expensive.
Restaurant au banquier. Located away from the tourist areas near avenue des Gobelins, this restaurant is a great find. We actually went there twice in a week. The first time in the middle of the week, we wanted to have a couscous dinner, unfortunately we...were not aware that they only serve couscous on weekends (Frid., Sat., Sunday).Nonetheless, the food was very good. Everybody commented on how tender the meat was. We return on friday night for couscous and were mot disappointed. Very flavorful vegetables and broth, very fine grain semolina and tasty meat made for another remarquable meal at au Banquier the service is efficient and courteous. Very pleasant evening in a quiet Paris neighborhood.
It's really a good restaurant. It's a simple place, with a very good food and a very good service, too. The couscous (home's speciality, but just at weekends) comes in generous portions. And it's very tasty! There are many others plats also good. The best...part is that is not expensive like many restaurants in Paris (it's not a touristic thing).
