Avaliação da contribuiçãoIf you’re a looking for a cosy, veggie and happy place, you’d probably check this restaurant out. The cook is a pearl with her smile assuring all dishes are freshly prepared by her own hands. There’s no AC, which could be hard in these sunny and stuffy parisian days, but that was not enough to make us change our mind. Everything was just delicious!
A nice discovery! This place has a lovely menu of vegan Vietnam dishes. I had news as a starter, and then the Pho which brought me back to Vietnam. Deserts are unusual, and very Vietnamese too! The prices are right, and the service is friendly. Interior is contemporary, and nothing posh. All in all a lovely recommended place1
I was very curious about Vietnam in Paris after passing it a few times, there’s a few other interesting small restaurants in the neighborhood with more ambitious appearance that attracted me but after eyeing the menus and trying another restaurant one night I thought I should give VIP a try, after all it’s exactly the kind of food I love, plantbased with Asian flavours. My fear of being dissapointed was quickly squashed as I took my first bite into my starter, fresh spring rolls filled with raw vegetables and a heavenly flavoured type of sweet potato, Next up is the Vietnamese pho, it was just sublime, fills with textured umami in various forms, the treatment of tofu, mushrooms and other ingredients was truly impressive and flavoursome. So much enjoyment in what looks very simple and paired down at first. Absolutely beautiful cooking. As I entered the restaurant I was the first guest but after a while it had filled up with what I believe was regulars and people who specifically came to have a delicious vegan dinner, everything in the restaurant is a 100 percent vegan. I’m so glad I skipped the more trendy looking places and went for VIP, because it’s often true that behind many anonymous appearing Asian Restaurants there are some superb chefs back in the kitchen. And thst is the case with this Paris Restaurant.
We were very pleasantly surprised with this moderately priced small Vietnamese restaurant in Paris. It’s 100 percent vegan and very close to the Porte Saint Denise on the second District. The staff every pleasant and helpful recommending dishes and the creation is nice and simple. We were always specially impressed by the Pho soup which was to die for particularly in a Coldplay in January. Their Pad was also good. Carnivores will not miss the animal protein. It’s Open for lunch every day of the week and it’s only available for dinner on Fridays. This is a highly recommended place with great attention and moderate prices.
I fell by chance in this vegan restaurant. I don't like tofu and would never have been there voluntarily. I didn't regret it, it was very good and the boss is adorable. a beautiful address in this charming and historical district
