Cafe Zupas - Park City

The fresh ingredients and delicious bread definitely make the wait in line worthwhile. It was quite busy, and now I understand why—everything was simply delicious! We ordered a sandwich paired with soup and another sandwich with half a salad. Both sandwiches were fresh, and the bread was fantastic. The soup and salad were flavorful, and the homemade ranch dressing was outstanding. As it was our first visit, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a freshly baked roll and chocolate-covered strawberries. You really get a generous amount of food! Overall, it was excellent!

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent! The restaurant was quite busy, so my meal took a little longer to arrive, but the exceptional customer service made up for it. Valentina and Jose were particularly wonderful!

Had not been to Zupas in a while and never to this location. Food was great. Would come back.

Food was amazing like always; and their new cranberry sandwich is REALLY good and highly recommend trying it if you haven’t already! The main reason I’m writing this post was because we had AMAZING customer service from Jose! He carried all of our food to our table so my Wife didn’t have to, while I was holding my daughter. He kept checking up on us, got us To-Go Boxes, cleaned up for us, and we saw him do the exact same thing for 4-5 other families; while greeted every single person that walked in (he didn’t miss one, I was checking lol) We need more kind people like Jose, he definitely made our day 1000x better. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t got one already; the manager said “1-2 people a day come to me telling us about him”. This was the best Zupas we’ve been to because Jose works there! Regardless of the fact he only has one hand, a lot of people would’ve used that as an excuse, but he goes Above Beyond. Thank you Jose for all you did for us; and as I am writing this post in my car, we just saw him help carry out food for another family. Such an amazing worker!!

Jose is an amazing person! The food was fantastic, but it was Jose's exceptional service that truly made our experience unforgettable. He was the standout of our visit! I'm not sure what you pay him, but he's worth every penny, and I'd recommend considering a salary increase for him. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant, and we hope to see Jose again!
