If employees call in, A Leader will support those who did show up to work at their Business.This is why we have issues.There needs to be more caring kindness
I am from squamish and I thought we had a bad a&w until I went to this one. Lady was extremely rude on the order box and was very hard to understand. Got my food and was short one meal. My girlfriend went back in to complain and was outright called a liar. Had to ask for the Manger in order to get my food and even still the lady was very rude. Food was mediocre as well. Will never be back. I highly recommend avoiding this place and it's hostile staff. Absolute garbage
Additionally, the table next to us in the restaurant had a similar experience where they ordered a sausage and egg dish but received a bacon and egg instead. The staff told them that they should have confirmed their order on the screen. Based on these incidents and the lack of customers in the restaurant, I would not recommend dining at this A&W location. It is evident why their business seems to be struggling.
Every time I come here and I ask for two bacon and Eggers two hrs before close and they never have them because their cleaning the grill The guy at the window told me that their regular size root beer was the largest root beer they had when actually I know infact you can order a large rootbeer size but he gave us a reg but nontheless still charged us for a large. They seem like they 're in a rush everytime I go there. Kind of makes me sad because I really love bacon and eggers but they don 't seem too want to serve all day breakfast until close. Maybe one day I will go there and get my bacon and eggers before they close but I don 't know. They also never seem to give receipts. Just kind of weird lol
Two customers were left waiting for someone to acknowledge them as if they were invisible. Eventually, a lady walked in and went up to the counter, prompting someone from the kitchen to finally take an order. Unfortunately, it seems that the restaurant primarily focuses on their drive-through service and neglects the sit-down area. It may be best to avoid wasting your time here.
