Rude manager, raw fries served and when brought to the attention of the manager was told oil is old that's how they look. didn't even try to replace them.

Management and staff were arguing with customers as others watched. They give you half your order and roll their eyes and walk away when you ask for the items missing. Perhaps if you packed the order with the condiments ordered and gave the drinks out people wouldn’t come up to the counter asking for assistance? My fries were nice and hot, but the cashier put the fries in the bag upside down. Extremely poor customer service. Ronald McDonald would be rolling over in his grave watching this location “serve” customers.

Did my order had a slight wait because the woman in front of me had a special order but the guy at the first window was so friendly and energetic I left with really good vibes. Don't know he name but that man needs a raise. He really knows how to talk to people and is fast and efficient at his job.

Employees are fun and friendly, food is done in a timely manner and order has always been right

Our food was brought out almost 10 mins after ordering, Almost handed to the wrong care. Food temp at this time wasn't even warm and the fries were half filled. Had to go back into the store because the forgot part of my order. Will not be ordering from this location again. This the the 3rd time we have been extremely displeased in our food from this restaurant and how the staff is.
