Burger Project - Parramatta

There isn't much to say other than you will enjoy a delicious burger and fast service at this restaurant. No matter which burger you choose, it will be delicious. This is a fantastic spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

This restaurant serves delicious burgers and ice cream. You have the option to choose between grilled or fried meat for the burgers. The grilled meat is slightly undercooked, giving it a juicy and flavorful taste. Tomato and mustard sauces are available on the table for you to use to your liking.

My boyfriend and I went to the restaurant on Monday night 17/7/17 and both ordered burgers. Unfortunately, we both experienced diarrhea throughout the night. I had the Double Beef Burger and my boyfriend had the Cheese and Bacon Burger. We informed the management about our issue but did not receive any response. Additionally, we were disappointed with the size of the burgers. The Double Beef Burger had minimal vegetables, with only a tiny piece of lettuce and one slice of tomato. The Cheese and Bacon Burger lacked any vegetables at all. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.

I would say that depending on the day or time, you're either going to get a burger that is "OK" or you're going to get a pretty good burger. The quality of the ingredients holds up the final outcome. But, you might find that the "heaps of bacon" consists of a tiny piece that has been cooked way more than it needs.As for the rest of the menu items, the fries will either be luke warm / cold or they'll be fresh and delicious. I suggest you get the Chipotle Chili salt as an option. The soft-serve will either look exactly like the picture, or it will be a dropping sad mess. The lack of consistency is very disappointing. Given the quality of the ingredients, it is shame to see them occasionally treated so badly.

The venue looks great, but other than that the service was mediocre and the food was bland and unremarkable. The only positive was that you could get an alcoholic drink with your burger
