Person who took the order barely speaks english and asked me to repeat everything I said. Turned a 3-item, 2 minute call into a 10 minute, put me on hold, headache. Online menu different from what they have in some cases. Made it a difficult process having to call, get on Door Dash! Also didnt give a total, time allowment or even say thank you. People this unhelpful and without common courtesy should not be answering the phone or doing anything customer-facing.
