Chick-fil-a - Pasadena

I don't understand why they don't make the fries anymore, well done (cross) more. they were practically soggy today. so I ask for good work. to avoid this problem. I ate like 3 pommes and threw the rest away.

Went thru the drive thru around 1215 pm aryna (hope i spelled this right) she was amazing !!!!!! If we had more people like her the world would be a better place!!! Thank you again for your kind heart. I also let the manager know this ) chick-fil -a take care of your workers )

When you call and specify how you received an incomplete order. TWO CALLS, MIND YOU....Your business gets a negative review. Well earned by the way. Learn to return phone calls and treat your customers better. I am still waiting for your manager to make it right. .........Please, return my phone calls. Update: received call from manager. Came up with an agreeable solution to issues. Thank you for paying attention to your customers!

Haven't eaten here in 5 years, went today and wow it was delicious. The best chicken sandwich I've ever had! The bread was perfectly soft and fresh,the quality of chicken and veggies is top notch. Yes there was a very long line to enter the drive thru but it goes fast . The workers outside are hustling to get everyone's order. They are super friendly and hardworking. They deserve all the credit to ensuring every customer is greeted and leaves happy. Keep up the good work ?.

Line was supper long and they were having computer issues but the staff kept thier cool and kept moving forward. Food was great. Thanks again.
