Avaliação da contribuiçãoShout out to Manager/Supervisor Jonathan for the awesome way he managed a morning rush while kindly training a new hire. It warmed my heart gave me faith in humanity. Keep letting your kindness shine through!
I had been having good breakfast meals here be it croissant cheese, sausage and eggs. They have a variety of breakfast meals. And the Manager and Staff Members who had been multi tasking with many orders and respect what they do. Thank you very much for the wonderful meals and great services. My 3rd visit this early morning.
I like Dunkin' Donuts however it was almost impossible to get up to the door because it's located up steps and I use a walker to be able to walk. There's no ramp unless you walk back half a block and then go through dining areas and things like that just to get to a donut shop. A gentleman assistant me and carried my Walker up the steps while I held on to the bannister. I doubt I will go back there because that is just too much and too dangerous. What happened to accessibility for disabled people when it comes to Dunkin' Donuts?
I have gone twice in the past couple weeks and the tall dark-haired man who seems to be the manager is so incredible. He's very kind and calm and patient, even when there are tons of customers needing something from him at once. Seems to have a good sense of humor as well! The rest of the staff is doing a great job, too. My go-to drink is an iced Americano (sometimes with blueberry) and it's always tasty and refreshing.
This Dunkin’ is awful. They take forever, always mess up the order, and their coffee tastes like it was made with dishwater. We’ve given them multiple chances and they never fail to disappoint.
