Kopan Ramen Of Pasadena

I enjoyed the spicy miso ramen here. I would give it a solid 4 stars on taste. The sushi here is very affordable so I am able to satisfy two cravings at one place. It was very fresh and I was delighted. I also really enjoyed their chili paste in the red bottle it intensified the flavors of my ramen because it is a well crafted sauce with balanced flavors. Servers were accommodating when I need to ask them for accompaniments to my meal.

Super awesome menu Good sushi menu lots of items to choose from. Good ramen noodle menu. Make your own Ramen. Has beer and sake. Has a sushi bar. Staff is okay. Street parking only. Try the dessert menu it's good.

Nice place. Good for people work in that area. The black ramen is delicious. The bamboo shoot and sweet corn make it a little bit to common Japanese ramen. Eel rice is pretty but too sweet for me.

A bit disappointing. Came in for lunch and they had run out of most sushi. They later ran out of all beers. I do not like knocking places for limited service because I know restaurants are struggling to hire servers but there was only one server and one chef, so the process was slow. Food was ok, nothing special.Food: 3/5

This is not the same quality as Kopan Ramen of different locations. This franchise has never recovered since COVID and I believe it’s shutting down soon.We arrived during dinner time after the Pride event at Pasadena City hall and after the matinee performance of the Pasadena Civic concert of Bernadette Peters. This location has shut down its sushi bar and only had 2 employees working. A super Swiss Army knife waitress hostess busser and one cook dishwasher mopper prepper. It gets worse from here.They could only provide only a fraction of their menu due to staffing and supplies. I ordered the Ramen pork, but it tasted old and over cooked, excessively salted.Some of the Pride attendees came in looking to just have Japanese beer, but they didn’t have any in stock, so they ordered a corona instead.I feel bad for the leftover staff and I left a large tip, but it was clear this place is shutting down soon so please avoid it.
