The Chicken Shack-pasco

I have visited the Pasco Chicken Shack location twice. The experience so far has been phenomenal. The staff is polite and courteous. They greet you with a big smile on their faces which is great and welcoming! The wait time is decent and thequality of the food is great! I would encourage those looking for great quality food at a reasonable price to visit thisplace. P.S: The sauces are mouth watering!!

I have now eaten at Chicken Shack 3 times and every time I am satisfied with what I eat. The second time I ordered to go and got the wrong side but they gave me a free side the next time I went in! Definitely give it a try if you like chicken!!!

Six PCs wings breaded with bc dip. Beans and soda. Chicken was light and Krispy. Very juicy and not salty. I appreciate the customer service. My first time visiting. Won't be my last, thank you for the great experience.

The Buffalo chicken fries are my favorite I don't like ranch at all but their spicy ranch is so delicious the fries are crispy best fries i have ever tried!???? nice staff so far no issues with them, I would of gave them a 5 star but they don't have myfavorite item the funnel fries !!!! I'm addicted and it sucks its seasonal !! But if anyone knows where I can get them pleaselet me know!!

Customer sevice here is very poor. The woman at the counter who has black hair was at the counter at lunchtime on Aug. 5th so the owner will know, was rude. When we told her that it was our first time there she was just waiting seemed impatient andannoyed. I think she doesn?t like her job. The air there is unwelcoming! We paid $50 plus for this kind of treatment!
