Although I'm not a fan of Halal Guys, I suggested it to hubby knowing that food would be served right away. I got the Sampler Platter with Gyro, Chicken and Falafel Over Rice. Just like my other trips to the Megamall branch, I was bitin on the ulam. I had to add sauce to enjoy my food more. I still like the White Sauce the best. The BBQ sauce was interesting and gave a different flavor profile. They warned us about their hot sauce. I tried that before and I carefully avoided it this time. You don't have to pay for extra sauce and you can ask for all when dining in and you can even go back for refills. I loved the warm pita bread and the first thing I wiped out. This Sampler comes with either a small soft drink or bottled water. Service was great. The place was clean but the airconditioning was really cold I was getting goosebumps. Still not a fan of the Halal Guys but would consider this for a quick bite especially since hubby, dad and my sister love their food.

The place was not that crowded when I visited (only two customers were there). I loved how quiet it was, well, not really quiet, but something like that. The staff was accommodating and they've patiently waited before I finally decided to get a Sampler Platter -- just to get a taste of it all. The food of which was great, I enjoyed it.
Since opening in the last quarter of the Halal Guys has taken the Philippines by storm. Who would have thought that a small food cart business in New York would would be welcomed with such open arms in our country? But it just goes to show that no matter where you're from, delicious food will always find a home with Filipinos!
Tried this again after months. I ordered their chicken and beef combo and had them put garlic sauce. I like the food since they put more sauce so it's flavorful. I like the pita bread also. Food though takes a few minutes so you may have to wait if you're in a hurry. Place is also clean.<br
