Papa Johns Pizza - Patterson

I am always extremely happy with this location. Each time we order, we are assured good food quality and customer service. Yesterday I mistakenly ordered the Hawaiian Barbecue pie instead of the Super Hawaiian pie. When I called to complain, the manager pointed out my error, in a very professional manner. Though the error was mine, he sent me the correct pie at no additional cost. It 's pleasant to see that some stores appreciate their customers and have management that leaves us feeling like our business is appreciated. You will continue to have my business.

Had an order mess up and when calling the restaurant I spoke to the manager and he was very rude and promptly hung up on me. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Papa Johns tastes like your chewing on a cardboard box with cheese. It is the nastiest pizza I have ever eaten. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When you order online you'll be asked to pay a delivery fee which is a lot more than any other delivery service than if you include a tip on your bill online because let's say your ordering online with a credit card because you don't have cash EXPECT to get your CAR KEYED by the delivery driver. On top of that the pizza arrived 30 minutes late and was cold. Plus why spend $20+ on a large pizza from Papa Johns that looks like a small pizza from a local restaurant.

Racist pizza. TRUMP SUPPORTERS HAVE NO PLACE IN FOOD SERVICE! Politics aside the pizza is garbage. Eat anywhere else. Screw it, a frozen pizza is better than this rats nest.

Haven't had Papa John's in a while was forced to order it because we are on day 4 of no power because of the tornado. Ordering via the app was easy and simple. Received exactly what we ordered and it was on time and hot. Kudos to the delivery girl. She was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely order from here again.
