Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy wife and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night, expecting it to be crowded, but to our pleasant surprise, it was only about half full. The restaurant isn't very visible from the street since the sign is a bit out of the way. Regardless, the food and service were fantastic. We ordered the southwestern egg rolls and the chicken/shrimp/steak combo with rice, which came out sizzling hot. To top it off, I had a frozen margarita that was only $4. We will definitely be returning!
Our experience at Chili's was truly elevated by our waitress, whom I believe was named Payton. She was extremely kind and patient with us, and we will definitely ask for her when we visit again.

Delicious food! Our server and bartender were excellent, showing great teamwork. We really appreciated that there was no wait and we were able to be seated immediately.
When I tried to enter my Chili's rewards information, the bartender took my phone and walked off to an area where I couldn’t see him. I can't believe that’s Chili's policy! To top it off, I got home only to discover that I had been overcharged. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but what I don’t understand is the eye-rolling and poor attitudes towards dissatisfied guests (and there were many!). Leadership really sets the tone for a restaurant, and the way the GM interacted with customers left me shocked. It explained why the bartender, servers, and hostess seemed completely unfazed by the unhappy customers all around them and showed no interest in improving our experience. The food is just bar fare—nothing special. Save your money and find another spot in PTC that values your business, because they certainly don’t here!
