**Revised Review:** I wanted to add an update to my previous review. Out of curiosity, I looked up Pascal's health inspection score and was shocked to find that they received a 70 during their inspection on March 24, 2023. Since scores are out of 100, a score of 70 is considered quite poor, equivalent to a C grade. I initially intended to give this place a 4-star rating, but given this information along with my previous experiences, I’m lowering my rating to a 3, nearly a 2. It's essential to check health inspection scores when choosing where to dine; a quick Google search can reveal a lot! Now, for my original review: I highly recommend Pascal's! I've been a regular customer for a while, and their food and service have always been great. However, I encountered some issues during my last visit. I ordered from the build-your-own-pasta station, and while the food was good and the portion size was generous, I noticed that the employee at the pasta line was careless about cross-contamination. There were shrimp being used, which poses a serious risk for anyone with a shellfish allergy. It reminded me of experiences at fast-food places like Subway or Chipotle, where workers grab ingredients without regard for proper hygiene. Additionally, the same pans were being reused without proper washing, which is concerning. I don't believe the employee even wiped them off, raising allergen risks and hygiene concerns. Furthermore, I saw her throw something away without changing her gloves afterward. If something goes in the trash, it shouldn’t touch the gloves used to handle food! I've dined at Pascal's with my family for years, and this was the only time I've faced such issues. It's my parents' favorite spot for date night, and the food is consistently excellent. The owner is incredibly nice, and the service is generally good. Just remember: if you have any food allergies, make sure to communicate them clearly! While most individuals with allergies already do this, it's always worth a reminder.

We recently moved to the area and have been searching for our favorite restaurant. We've found it! We loved the casual yet elegant atmosphere, along with the outstanding food. I had the mushroom ravioli, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable. I can't wait to return!
