O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Pearl

I ordered the Louisiana Medium Steak and it was delicious and cooked perfectly. Despite reading many negative reviews, I decided to take a chance and go to the restaurant with my family. We were all very pleased with our meals, as you can see by our almost empty plates. Our server, Thomas, was friendly and professional. They may be short-staffed, but they work efficiently. It may take a little longer to be served, but it's worth the wait. Thank you!

I had not been to this restaurant in a few years, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had changed the menu since the last time I visited. It was also my wife's first time there. She liked what she saw on the menu, so we decided to stay. In short, we really enjoyed the food and my main concern was that my wife was satisfied. Our waiter was great, very respectful and well-trained. We will definitely have no problem going back to O Charley's.

We always have a great time at O'Charlies. It's become a tradition for us to come on Ladies Day. Our server is wonderful and always remembers us. We never have to wait long for our food and drinks to arrive.

Before I order a Uber Eats, I called the restaurant to see if they are able to remove the bacon from the Steakhouse Potatoes, as it does not allow changes in the app. The lady I spoke with sounds insecure, but said yes, I could do that. Put the order and called back immediately and believed it was the same lady I spoke to earlier. She wasn't the professionals and I had to ask her if she needed my name for the order. I made my request and said she would let the kitchen know. Either she did not tell them or they did not acknowledge the request because lo and behold, there is bacon; I don't eat pigs and it won't eat. Had taken from other reviews and not ordered from here.
