Avaliação da contribuiçãoBurgers and chicken sandwiches were pretty good, pommes were warm and the drinks were flat ( barley any carbnation), but our waitress made more on the lack of quality in some of our menu items that we chose.. That means I'm more sure, it was probably not the usual night, machine breakdown and problems arise, but customer service did a good job. We look forward to trying again when all cylinders fire. Child-friendly: Our waitress was absolutely amazing with our children
Completely unsatisfactory. We had breakfast for dinner. 2 Tbone steak dinners.The steak was dry, the eggs were wet. We did not eat the eggs. We weren't offered new eggs or 5% off, NOTHING. My husband ordered the French toast with blueberries. THE BLUEBERRIES WERE FROZEN or so cold that they had frost on them. We got the toast and my pancakes to go. We truly had enough of the entire meal.I let the server know that the steak was terrible and that the chef should NEVER touch another steak. While checking out I took the blueberries to her and let her know they were frozen, she asked if I wanted her to wrap it up to go. Huh???? Sweet girl BUT I think more should've been done to ensure we were satisfied. At least more than NOTHING.She did not prepare it herself so we still gave her a $10 tip on a $33 meal.
This is the second time I've gotten a hair in my food at this location. I don't need to say more, the reviews say it all.
The food is good, but they do not answer the phone to go for orders, so I went there and gave the manager the order to face. She turned around and went away when I finished the order. When she came back, I tried to make sure she got the order right and she didn't just listen to run away and said yes. You made the order wrong and told me I ordered it wrong. I'm not back.
Our waiter was amazing! With a big family party. Never had to ask for coffee, the order came out immediately, and best of all, he served our 5 years old first! Food: 5/5
