Stop picking up my sister. Explained her diet and ordered. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. Your team work was fantastic! The dining room was very clean and well lit. When I waited for the order, I sat at the counter; I watched almost everything. The owner worked between the cook(s) and waitress running service. He also prepared salads, Ek. He and I were chasing around and talking. I told him I had waited tables before he was born. He even offered me a job! The food I got for my sister was very good, nice big and appealing to the eye! I love the cabbage soup! Overall, great for my first time there. I will definitely be back!!

Great neighborhood restaurant that was very busy when my wife and I visited it. That's good. We were not disappointed. Coffee is just a dollar fifty and always filled. Eggs, potatoes, etc. were excellent. We're very big. I would recommend it to everyone. Update: Stop in the afternoon of St Pats Day for beef and cabbage. Nice meal and good service. The cabbage was a bit soggy/overcooked and the beef was too bland for my taste. I understand that every taste has, etc. and you cannot all be satisfied. It was in the afternoon and once something like cabbage sits around it tends to get soggy. The potatoes and carrots were good, but the whole meal was too pale for my taste. It doesn't stop me from applying for this restaurant at all. It is still a favorite of mine and charges from others. God wants me to eat here from time to time, as I always do. I had some of the cream of the potato soup as an appetizer. Huge bowl with very rich thick soup with many potatoes. Very good soup. The meal was very filling and cheap. This morning after a doctor's appointment in the area for breakfast stopped. Very nice as always. Want to see some sausage in the engraving that goes over the cookies. Restaurants have to stop calling it a sausage sword unless, in my opinion, they make it a real sausage sword like Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel.

This is a wonderful institution to bring the family. The house made style food is fantastic. Everything I ate was great! The staff is very polite and professional. I recommend the vegetable soup!!

Very good! Was not in 6 or 7 years and it was new on the inside. Used to feel small and crowded, now its spacious and plenty of space. Food was great! The mushrooms were like a double order compared to anywhere different for less than $7. Baked chicken was also good. All for $17. The senior chicken dinner home to my Hubby. too many mushrooms;

Food is consistently good. Serving sizes are a good value for the price. Wait staff is friendly and accommodating. I love this diner!
