Panera Bread - Pelham Manor

Food was good. Service the Pitts. I ordered 2 cheese souflee. Upon arrival was told they would not be ready for 15 minutes. Order was placed online so a phone number was there....calling me and letting me know would have been a good service recovery,but no!! I was offered to pick something else. I asked about getting the credit for what I ordered but didn't get and the girlat the counter seemed surprised. She turned to Andre who told me that he could not credit me until the next day. How ridiculouswas that. The credit never got posted. I'll be going back there....NOT!!!

What's to say about Panera Bread. It's an experience in it self. The soups are done to perfection. The sandwiches as well. If you are concerned about your health well no worries, everything here will set you at ease. The bakery, Devine.

I enjoyed the steak and cheddar sandwich. The Mexican tortilla corn soup was delicious.Vegetarian options: My friend ordered a vegetarian sandwich, she enjoyed it very much. The size of the sandwich was impressive, it was the length of a hero.

On somebody trying to eat healthy and they even bad lettuce just look at the lettuce the one I put in the table is it a different color?

Iced coffee is delicious but finding the ice and a lid to cover it seemed a little daunting. Great choice of coffees though. Mix em up!
