Kingfisher Sandwiches - Pensacola

One of my favorite spots for lunch in Pensacola is this restaurant—the fish sandwich is truly exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly, and although it can get quite busy during lunchtime, especially on weekends, there's a back room with extra seating available. I tried the Cuban sandwich (today's special), along with homemade chips and a drink, which came to $15. It was definitely worth it!

Fantastic casual dining choice! While visiting family in Pensacola, they took us to Kingfisher, and we can see why it's such a beloved spot for locals. As vegans, we enjoyed the buffalo sandwich, which was packed with fried jackfruit, slaw, and house-made pickles. We also had homestyle greens, baked beans, crinkle fries, sweet tea, and local bottled soda. The service was outstanding, and everyone was incredibly friendly. We definitely plan to return, and our family has promised to be the 'regulars' holding seats for us.

Stop showing some visitors a good sandwich and was not disappointed. The entire ordering process is like a subway, but the sandwiches are much better. I had the chicken with white BBQ and it was great. Chicken was juicy and a little sailor. The white sauce was tender and plentiful. My guests have the cake sandwich and the BLT. The BLT was full of bacon

Went because a customer rated their burger in their top 3 and I was looking for a decent burger to eat. The staff was polite and fast. It was just one of the best burgers I had for a long time. Everything was homemade, the burger, the rabbit and even the cucumbers. Will return.

Kingfisher is always pleasant. I really like how they do everything in the house. This last trip I went with the Cuban Sandwich and it was really delicious. They always make specials you come back, just to see what they have, but the main menu items are all solid, especially the fish sandwiches, shrimp burgers and seafood plates.
