Smoothie King - Pensacola

I ordered a mixed beer bottle, but all I could taste was spoiled ice cream from what seemed to be a dirty ice machine. The employees made several mistakes, but my main concern was the health risk of consuming moldy ice cream. Please address this issue.

The staff member made a mistake with my smoothie. It was watery and lacked flavor. I was extremely disappointed.

I am a fan of Smoothie King, so I didn't give up when I visited last time. After waiting for over ten minutes for my order to be taken, I finally went to the window, only to be told that they didn't have my order and I had to wait again.

Love this place, the smell is crazy good! Try better. I used the app for the first time and it was so easy and fast. The smoothies are so delicious and have a really great selection of fruit and yogurt. The staff is very friendly and patient if you are a first timer with the menu, which is somewhat complicated, but you get exactly what you want.

Not a fan of this location. Unfortunately everytime I get my smoothie here the flavor is just not consistent. I have and continue to visit the Pace FL location and find the smoothies to be made more consistent. I hope they can fix the issues because this location is more convenient for me.
