Wendy's - Pensacola

I always knew wendy had great burgers, but recently I discovered how good her other food is. her spicy chicken sandwich is quite spicy and delicious. I don't know what they've done with their fries, but I prefer them over mcdonalds now. also their breakfast foods are very good. I'm going to be there almost every Saturday morning with my daughter. recommend them all their food. and it is certainly much better than mcdonald’s.

Got the New Honey Chicken sandwich from this location. Fries are great, cola is cola but the more environmentally friendly cups are a boon. The sandwich was disappointing. It's supposed to be spicy, it wasn't. Additionally it looked sloppily put together. Honestly though, it's what I expect from a fast food joint. If you look at the places I've reviewed you'll see most fast food places get three stars. This location is no different.

Made a mobile app order. When I walked in to pick it up, they took another order from the next guy, started to prepare his, not mine. I must’ve looked dumbfounded but canceled the order on the app and walked out. The app still charged my bank account and now I’ve been on hold to correct this with the 800# for well over a half hour. Not one soul has picked up the phone. Pathetic

This has been the best Wendy's in town and we'll pass two other Wendy's just to go here. My last burger (recent) was quite different and not up to the standards that they held for a long time. I'll try it again and I hope to experience what I got used to at this location. If I find it to be the same as the last time, I'll have to remove Wendy's as a fast food option. Come on guys...you were the best in Pensacola. Don't let us down.

Went through the drive through only ordered a large chilli an drink they gave me 1pack of crackers an nothing else for chili an asked for more crackers an was given only 1more pack of crackers an no straw for drink. Took 10 min for them to come to speaker an take the anitial order the chili was cold an had hardly any meat?
