Church's Chicken - Peoria

This place is off. I only enjoyed the biscuit and the fried okra with my meal. The chicken and soda had a weird flavor. My hometown Church's is way better prepared. I believe it starts with the staff not enjoying their jobs or behaving they would rather be somewhere else.

Very bad service i just ordered 14 pieces through drive through and 3 sides got home and opened the box they were 10 pieces only i called them they said bring the receipt and come back we will give you the other pieces i went there very rude tow young kids i showed them picture of the box and the receipt and they still refuse to do anything, very rude and unprofessional employee i have a video of them i will post it to all social media , anyone who order from this location make sure you check your food before you leave , if it was lees 1 star on the review i would give them

There was a bandaid in our mashed potatoes. When we called to tell them about it the kid repeatedly stated that?s weird. Did not offer to help in anyway.

My family and I were hoping to have a pleasant meal at this restaurant. Church's Chicken has always been our go-to for fried chicken, but our experience at this location was extremely disappointing. It seems like the employees don't even care. The staff at the counter were unfriendly, cold, and unwelcoming. They seemed to be in pain just being around other people. The dining area and restroom were both dirty and not well-kept. Even though our food arrived quickly, the unfriendly atmosphere made us lose our appetite, so we ended up taking our meal to go. Additionally, the chicken tenders my husband ordered were pale and rubbery. It's clear that the employees here are not focused on providing good customer service.

The chicken pieces were unusually small and not the usual size. The cashier was rude, causing me to spend less than my usual $70. Due to the attitude of the cashier, I will not be returning. It's your loss.
