Papa Johns Pizza - Peoria

The prices here are outrageous; definitely too high for what you get. The medium size portion is more like a small when compared to Costco's sizes. I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant.

My food arrived hot and fresh, and I’m really pleased with it overall. However, there was one issue: the cheese sticks were lacking cheese in several areas. It seemed like they weren't fully in the box when it was closed, causing some of them to be bland.

Absolutely terrible! I'm shocked! The crust is so processed and has no flavor at all! The delivery person was great, but I will never order from here again. I'd rather go hungry than eat this! No way!

The manager was very inconspicuous and did not seem to hear. the supplier was very aggressive with regard to a top he believes he deserves. I felt very insecure about the driver and his wut and when she spoke to the manager regarding this matter, she simply said that “it was not good”. I was not taken seriously and this is very disappointing.

If I could give them a -1 I would. Customer service doesn't exist at this Papa John's! I have placed many orders online, and never had to worry about my order being right. I placed my order, and continued on working.Food was delivered, and I go to the kitchen, and I open the pizza box. It has pepperoni and some odd looking object in the pizza. It also, had a nasty smelling order. It had anchovies. I called and was trying to speak to Hailey. She said I wouldn't be able to get a replacement because it was on my receipt. I looked and yes it was on there, but who goes and look at the email receipt evertime! I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANCHOVIES, especially because my mom will not touch anything with any SEAFOOD. I know, I didn't place the order with ANCHOVIES. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said she was, and then I asked for the GM. She said sorry not in today. Okay, well her tone, and behavior is completely unexpected. The system added the anchovies I didn't. All I wanted was just a pizza without the anchovies. Customer service wasn't there!
