Steak N Shake - Peoria

The cashier was friendly. The burger was hot and fresh, as were the onion rings and fries, which were also very delicious.

It took an incredibly long time to receive our food. The chairs were sticky. This restaurant used to be a favorite of mine, but I can no longer say that.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and insensitive, according to my coworker.

Don't like it as much as precovid. I don't like having to order at kiosk and can't order cherry coke. It's just not the same. Drink size has gotten smaller but price has gone up. Clean dining area and restrooms. No napkins in the napkin holder. But when told they brought some to our table. Friendly staff. Fries were cold.

We were visiting Peoria and decided to try a new restaurant. My sister and mom went it, both ordered cheese fries and their respective burgers. Both received only regular fries and PLAIN burgers. Their cheese fries and add-ons were even on the receipt. We had to go back in for both their orders to fix their mistakes.
