Hard Rock Cafe - Perai

Very nice stay. Room is relaxed with the sound of waves. And oh, the swimming experience was so good! As far of today, guest's mysejahtera needed to be checked at the reception counter. Lots of relaxing area by the pool and its connected to the beach!

Very good experience a night in Hard Rock Hotel. Staffs are friendly. I stayed in lagoon suit. With swimming pool just right in front of your door. So nice. Hard Rock Cafe serves quality food but the portion is considered huge for me. Price is reasonable for a 5 stars Hotel.

We were a huge group of 14. Upon walking in, the staff quickly put together a table to accommodate us. From there on, the service was nothing short of AMAZING. Huge shout out to Haris who patiently attended to us and his attention to detail is impressive. It has been a long while since we came across such an excellent service crew. He is definitely an asset to the establishment. Food was great too. If there is anything to fault, it would be the margarita. That needs a bit of tweaking. Hard rock cafe is located within hard rock hotel penang. it is on the left side of the main entrance. before the hard rock cafe there is a veranda. I have the hard rock cafe during the cmco paragliding and glad that they were very strict and also followed the sop. kellnerin kellnerin very friendly. gastronomy very clean. dining room area air conditioning very clean. fisch chips rm46 rating: 4/5 barbeque chicken RM48 rating: 4/5 the BBQ sauce. classic burger (beef) review: 4/5 Bud’s bargin' burger with cheese RM28 per meal. suitable for children. Rating: 4/5 razzi’s chicken tenders RM28 per meal. suitable for children. Rating: 4/5 I will apply the hard rock cafe again if I have the chance to explore more delicious food.

Birthday of my sohnes many thanks to the employees in hard rock cafe penang to make our culinary experience one of the best we have met. many thanks especially to the employees haris for their fantastic service n esp initiating sing n present the birthday song/kitchen at my son. haris was friendly, friendly n very customer-oriented. my son was overwhelmed by the surprise n so we were. we will definitely come n visit their restaurant again n in the near future. once again thanks for the excellent customer service. excellent eating, good drinks fantastic live band music! just keep the best n rock!
