Espace Wok - Perpignan

Have been here a number of times and will probably go again, the food is ok and there is a good selection. I don't particularly like the environment (think school canteen) but at the end of the day it's an all you can eat buffet so what do you expect.

We came here today to have dinner, since we were stayin in a hotel nearby. Nice staff, luminous room. They had very good options. Sushis were good, salmon sashimi included. The meat options we chose were great. We will return!!

The cuisine is great, the staff is very friendly, the decor is quite modern and warm. The place is clean and family friendly and when you enter the smell is welcoming and pleasant. Not a very authentic Chinese taste for the very discerning customer or someone who has been to mainland China, however it does have a live kitchen to cater to your choice of taste somewhat. There is a lot of room for improvement but overall a very good place to go with family and be within budget. Per person unlimited buffet spread is for Euro 18.50 and there is a lot of choice.

Tremendous value, never disappointed. Service welcoming. Buffet always well stocked and regularly replenished.

It 's fair to assume at a franchise like this that each and every client will receive the same level of service. We arrived at 9pm. Ok it was a bit late but they did welcome us and others too. We sat and then foraged around like farm animals trying to find food among the empty trays. See image. I tried to speak to the manager who was in a group of staff laughing and ignoring guests. I explained that if he charges us the same as others we expect the same standard of service. We ate a bit and then left paying the same manager as he was watching videos on his iphone. Seriously if you want to see how not to run a restaurant this is a place to study. The bathroom was filthy. The service shocking. The food was some of the worst I have had. The attitude of management was what one would expect. I tried to find more information at their site (like where wis this junk made) but like their business it is not running properly.
