Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had a very disappointing experience during my visit. First, although we had made a reservation, they had no record of it. Luckily, there was a table available. We received our menus as soon as we sat down, but it took about 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order. The waitress took our beverage and food orders at the same time, but she seemed to rely solely on her memory, which led to some confusion. Unfortunately, part of my order was incorrect, but I didn't feel it was worth mentioning at the time. The staff definitely needs some training. On a positive note, the food was excellent. I might consider visiting again to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was just a one-off bad day. However, if I encountered the same level of service again, I would definitely think twice before returning in the future.
I was informed by the restaurant that making a reservation online was pointless since they were too busy. The nearest table, occupied by hotel guests, waited 45 minutes for their first course, and when it finally arrived, it was burned. It was time to leave. We will never return, and my advice to others is not to waste your time booking through the website.
