Pinnacles Myer City - Perth

Waited for a while to be served no staff in sight finally got served and requested soup as advertised with a bread roll. Hot food display looked like it had been there a while and was dry and crusty looking. My soup is brought to me I asked for the bread roll only to be told sorry we don't have any would you like toast (no) Sat down and discovered the soup to be the one that was on display with a nice skin on the top and baked to the side of the bowl. Extremely salty and barely edible for $10.95 I kind of expected a lot better left 3/4 of it behind and went back to work hungry. Maybe don't order the soup.

Something has gone seriously wrong with Pinnacles. We had lunch there weekly for many years. Within the last two years the food and service has gone downhill and I don't know how it keeps going. Most of the regular staff have moved on and those that remain are not happy as they used to be. I wrote to Myer but received no reply. I don't know how they can lend their name to a place that has gone so rapidly downhill and shows no signs of improving.

Food is never any good. They have the worst tasting hamburger I've ever had. Not quite sure what kind of beef it was... but it was bad. I then decided to play it safe and order Eggs benedict. As you can see... the egg is almost hard boiled.. instead of runny. 2 times now this has happened so it wasn't just a one off. Is fairly obvious to me whoever is doing the cooking there is not a qualified chef and had no idea how eggs should be on an eggs benedict.

What a disgrace seriously terrible food Ridiculous price  This place is a absolute embarrassment to you perth  This review needs to be longer well what more can I say other than simply do not go here unless you want only a coffee as the food is disgusting

Esperei por um tempo para ser servido, nenhuma equipe à vista finalmente foi servida e solicitada sopa como anunciado com um rolo de pão. Exibição de comida quente parecia estar lá um tempo e estava seca e crocante olhando. Minha sopa é trazida para mim Eu pedi o pão Roll apenas para ser dito desculpas, não temos nenhum quiser que torrado (não) Sentou-se e descobriu a sopa para ser a que estava em exposição com uma pele agradável no topo e cozido para o lado da tigela. Extremamente salgado e mal comestível por US $ 10,95 eu meio que esperava muito melhor deixou 3/4 dele para trás e voltou ao trabalho com fome. Talvez não pedir a sopa.
