I ordered the testo cake with Norcia bacon but it was inedible. Oil on oil on fat on fat. I took 2 bites and it made me nauseous. That sandwich should definitely be revised, perhaps adding salad leaves, tomatoes and just 2 slices of fine bacon, well cooked and crunchy and above all dried by the oil from the pan.
