We celebrated a corporate event on December 24, 2024. I’m giving it 2 stars because the waiter did not communicate properly. I ordered some pastries to go and paid at the bar, but she didn’t give me a receipt. When she brought the pastries to the table, she asked me to pay again. This was quite unpleasant.

We regularly have lunch there, and the business lunch is completely satisfying. It's quick and delicious. However, the service is not always up to par.

A special shoutout to Sergey Bunykov! He is the best person in the world! No one paid me for this review; he truly is the best chef I've ever had. Seya, I hug you tightly for everything and shake your hand!

Beautiful place. the menu is great. but we just tried sushi and hot white sandwiches and french waffles. all this was washed with pleasant coffee. the woman tried raf with brombeer, she liked the interesting pleasant taste. the prices are reasonable.

I tried the carbonara and it was a perfect 10/10 - delicious and full of flavor. The rolls Philadelphia classic also scored a 10/10 - fresh fish, well-cooked rice, and perfectly balanced flavors. The freshly pressed apple juice was also a 10/10. The dessert, cake piece three, was a delicate soufflé with a harmonious blend of chocolate flavors, earning it a perfect 10/10 score as well. Overall, my experience at Project Coffee was excellent and I highly recommend a visit to this café. My total rating for Project Coffee is 10/10.
