Pizza House - Peterborough

Never thought I'd ever find a pizza as good as Papa luigi, went here today had the meat feast and was so tasty. 2nd best pizza after papa luigi

I made a reservation over the phone, but when my party arrived, we were met with an incredibly rude waiter who insisted we did not have a reservation and tried to push us out the door. He claimed the restaurant was very busy and suggested we try next door instead. Thankfully, a kind waitress stepped in and organized a table for us. However, there was no excuse for the waiter's extreme rudeness. I will not be returning to this establishment, as all he could tell us was how busy he had been all day.

The food at this restaurant is reasonably priced and portions are generous. We even ended up taking some leftovers home without having to ask, as it was offered to us. The waitresses were very polite and friendly. Our whole family enjoys dining at this place.

A walk in on a Friday evening, very busy, waitresses and staff distracted by a couple of visiting girls. Pizza's were nice enough, thin crust crispy bases. The House special with extra Salami was tasty. The gents toilet was absolutely mining, wet floor, no hand soap, hand drier not working. Don't scramble for a visit. There are alternatives..

The food itself was very nice but the customer service is awful. One member of staff was repeatedly rude in that she kept thinking we were going to open a bottle of unopened Prosecco that had been gifted to us from a previous bar. Three days later that bottle is still unopened in my kitchen but this waitress could not accept that we did not want to open it in the restaurant and was terribly rude to members of my staff. She also tried to take food away while people were clearly still eating and was basically rushing us out! When we complained about not being happy with her attitude the manager really did not care but despite this we left a good tip that I gave to a waitress that was very good to us and as I’m giving her the money and our feedback, the manager comes over mid-conversation and says nothing but snatches the money out of her hand and walks off… I’ve never seen anything like it. We won’t be coming back purely because of those two members of staff.
