Despite being short-staffed, we received everything we had ordered in under 15 minutes. It's a significant improvement! I've also heard that placing an order online allows you to get your food even quicker than ordering in person.
The restaurant consistently has food and hot, ready-to-go pizzas available, just as they should. The management and staff at the location in Cheboygan could really learn a thing or two from them.
I appreciate the convenience of getting a quick dinner when necessary. However, on several occasions, my husband and I have pulled up to the drive-thru window, and no one has come to assist us. They see us waiting and simply ignore us, which is incredibly rude and reflects poor service!
In my last three visits to this restaurant, I ordered the Extra Most Bestest pizza but ended up receiving a regular Hot and Ready instead. I enjoy Little Caesars, but I won't continue to order from here if I keep getting the wrong items. Please ensure that your staff is paying attention to what they’re giving to customers.
The pizzas here are consistently served hot and ready for takeout, just as they should be. The staff at the Cheboygan location could benefit from improving their service to make a better impression.
