Avaliação da contribuiçãoJodanda is a great host with amazing vegetarian/vegan cooking skills. Everything was freshly prepared with local ingredients. She made all meal options either vegan or there was a vegan option available for me. Every day began with a beautifully presented breakfast. In the evening there was a three-course meal that started with a delicious and tasteful soup – another one every day. For the main course we had on the first day a delicious vegan Maklouba, black beans with colorful and varied vegetables on the second and a very delicious Dutch potato dish on the third. All the main courses were accompanied by a fresh salad. The deserts, where the cherry at any meal. Jolanda made apple crumbs, homemade strawberry, and baked bananas with molten chocolate. All three, where just incredible! I can highly recommend in the Fig Tree Villa for both vegetarians, vegans and those who are curious to try it. You won't miss anything! Enjoy!
Jolanda serves delicious local dinner and breakfast with egg, fruit and herbs from their own farm. Dinner began with tomato and rosemary soup and oven bowl with beautiful veg layers. Salad with tahini fits very well with the oven dish. Dessert was also very special with her homemade fruit cocoa crumbs. Breakfast is again so appetite from the eyes with many small dips with warm bread. I recommend her house! She's super friendly and easy to get along. I liked her company during dinner!
Hot and fine reception of Jolanda, a sweet and helpful hostess who knows a lot about the environment, always stands for tips and advice and fantastic. Evening, but also lunch, possibly taking lunch packets, and also delicious breakfast with all kinds of hot bastards, humus, nuts, jam, etc. For cold nights, there's hot water crutches, and daily it's delicious to be on the terrace with a view of Petra's hills. Nice domestic. Except for the sights of Petra, where you're easily walking through a shortcut, you can take other nice walks. Nice faces and nice to find fossils everywhere. Thanks for everything, Jolanda.

The house is very beautiful. jolanda is a friendly host. we really enjoyed our stay. we had dinner both nights, a relaxing way to finish the days.
